About the Innovative Governance Barometer 2026
As governance practices continue to evolve in response to changing business and societal expectations, the Innovative Governance Barometer aims to identify emerging trends and innovative practices in the boardroom.
We invite you to share your experience and perspectives through this survey to inspire other board members.

Please note the following:
Answer from the perspective of one board only. If you serve on multiple boards, please complete the questionnaire with one specific board in mind. Respondents are asked to answer for the board they know best.
Confidentiality is guaranteed. All responses will be treated confidentially by GUBERNA and reported only in aggregated form. No individual responses will be disclosed.
The questionnaire contains questions about both board practices and broader governance topics. Please answer based on your experience and observations.
